PCBT outshine in IKG PTU Examination
Holding strong the promise of achieving milestones in academics, the students of Pyramid College of Business & Technology, Phagwara outshined again by getting top results in the end semester examination of IKG Punjab Technical University for the examination- Nov. 2018. More than 100 Students got 8+ SGPA. Amongst them, the students who brought laurels to the college from various departments include:
Ms. Jamna Johny (BAMT-V 9.6 CGPA) ,Mr. Pawan Kumar ,Ms. Priya and Mr. Bhavanjit Singh (BAMT-V 9.4 CGPA), Ms. Neelam (B.Com(P)-V 9.4 CGPA), Ms. Parvi and Ms. Amandeep (BBA III 8.9 CGPA), Ms. Nanshu and Ms. Pooja ( MBA I- 8.9 CGPA) , Ms. Saloni (M.Sc. IT 8.5 CGPA) Ms. Hardeep Kaur and Mr. Rahul Kanda (BCA I 8.8 CGPA) , Ms. Khushwant Kaur and Ms. Kamaljeet (BCA V 8.6 CGPA) , Ms. Harjinder Kaur, Ms. Harpreet Kaur and Ms. Harpreet Kaur ( B.Sc HMCT 8.6 CGPA) to name a few.
At this, Prof. Jatinder Singh Bedi, Chairman, Pyramid College of Business & Technology congratulated the students and their faculty for this excellent performance and commented that the students of our college have been consistently performing exceptionally well in the IKG PTU results. He further shared that students have performed even better than the previous semester which saw huge number of merit positions in the University.
Prof. Bedi shared that at Pyramid College, care is taken for each academic input provided to the students through easy learning methods and smart pedagogy.
Dr. Sanjay Bahl, Director, PCBT added that the efforts of teachers is worth a toast and it’s the regular updation of knowledge and day-day inputs that lead to such performance. He further shared that all teaching is vague if it does not convert to excellent placements which the college has achieved in a short stride, providing an average package of 5.4 LPA to its students.
The parents and students were very happy and were thankful to their teachers and college for the achievement. They further shared that like always, they shall carry on with the same enthusiasm in the upcoming semesters as well.
